Toks what makes a healthy lifestyle?
Going to bed early helps me wake up ready for school. Having a healthy breakfast without to much sugar because with lots and lots of sugar my brain wouldn't think properly and my muscles will not grow. and drinking a lot of water so you can get lots of energy. Having a shower everyday so you don't have a stinky body. Brush our teeth every morning and after you finished dinner because you do not want a stinky breath. Doing do some exercising every morning and every night when your about to go sleep so you can lose weight and boost your energy. And packing some healthy lunch like put oranges bananas and a healthy snack.
