Baking Soda and Vinegar Experiment


What do you need?
  • Baking soda
  • Vinegar
  • 100mls of hot water


Method:
  1. Baking soda contains sodium hydrogen, carbon and oxygen ( all of these are different gases).
  2. The carbon and oxygen (in the baking soda) separate when it comes in contact
  3. with the vinegar.
  4. It forms a gas called carbon dioxide.   
  5. The baking soda and hot water act as the hot molten rocks, or the magma.
  6. The vinegar acts as the tectonic plates that are causing too much friction
  7. there fore causing the volcano to erupt.
  8. Just like the baking soda reacts when it comes into a contact with the vinegar,
  9. a volcano reacts when there is

Plates. This then allows magma to push up

It's kinda the same thing because when a volcano erupts it is like a huge explosion.
But when it is just a tall cup then it's a little mini explosion. But the tall cup has to
have something else with it.
But when it comes to the volcano it just erupts

Volcano explosion

One day at 6 in the morning there was something rumbling. They all went to their neighbors house and asked them what was going on. Then a little kid told them to look over there and when they looked, they saw a volcano exploding and then they all tried to tell everyone to run away but they never listened so then they died. They ran their fastest and tried to get away from the volcano but they couldn't so then they had to die at the end.

RHYME TIME!



RHYME TIME!


Your task is to write something about ANZAC… but what is the catch? It has to rhyme!


If you do not know what rhyming is, it is words that sound the same.
For example, some words that
rhyme with ANZAC are attack,
back, track, stack, pack and crack.


Rules:
  • You must write at least 8 lines.
  • You can change the rhyme up, but there has to be rhymes (first and second line can
  • rhyme and then change it for the third and fourth, or the
  • first and third lines can rhyme and the second and fourth line can rhyme.
  • It must be about ANZAC.

They were having a sleepover at someone's house and they had only lime to eat
but they saved it for more time. Then they went to the pool to get cool.

See: They were all fighting over the ocean cause they were super hot.
But the 1 man wouldn't let them only his friends go in and himself and
there was this one man which is his best friend just lying around.
So then one of them just shot him.


Hear: I can hear people screaming and shouting cause they guy shot
the other guy and then this lady shot the man that shot the other man
and the guy that was sleeping was just snoring and doing nothing.


Touch: So then the man just woke up and told them that it's gonna be alright
then he told the lady to put down the gun and he threw it all the way on the grass
then he went to go and sleep on the boats.


Smell: once the man got into the boat he could smell smoke and he smelt sea salt
together he looked under the seat and then there was a man trying to go to
sleep with a smoke in his mouth.
The man could still gunpowder from the gunshots then he had a drink of water.
Then he could smell bears from the other guys breath.

Pictures always tell a story. Even when we read picture books, there’s a story that goes alongside a picture so the readers understand what is happening.

Write the story that goes along with the picture above: One day there was this big huge massive rock in the middle of this beach there was thousands of them lying around the beach. Every single rock under it there is a massive crab like half its size and just small little ones. One day there was a family that went to the beach because they were trying to find that big massive crab under that big massive rock. Every time one of them would go near a massive rock there would be hundreds of those little crabs running out of the rock 1 by 1. The dad always had to look after the kids cause if 1 of the kids got bitten by the big massive crab there will be a big bad bite mark on the spot where they got bitten and they will only survive for 7 days. When they were going to the other side of the beach they were trying to get away from that big massive crab when they arrived at a good calm place all they saw was just little baby and the big massive crab coming towards them when they saw them all running towards them they started to scream and start to run all the way to there car they all made it to the car but the crabs made it first they were all surrounding the car. As the crabs were crowding the car the dad tried to defend the big crab and told the family to go for the little crabs and he ment like grab a stick or something like that and whack the crabs away from there car. Once they defeated all the little crabs there was just one big massive crab left. They all helped the dad trying to defend the big crab then the littlest one helped the family and bit the crabs leg after that the crab screamed and looked down at the small crab then the little crab ran away then the big massive crag looked at it then started to chase after it the big massive crab started to run as fast as it could but the big crab just caught it and then put it up to its mouth and then dropped it then the dad dashed so fast he bumped the big massive crab off and then the dad told the little crab to run as fast as it can then the mum got up and then grabbed a big heavy sharp pole and gave it to the dad. The dad grabbed it and then stabbed it right through the head. After when the dad did that they all ran to the car and then got in their seats and all happy they once they tried to drive away there was 1 more crab left in the front of their car they stopped to see what was going on and then they just figured out that t was the little crab and then it came by the door and then the crab asked if the dad can wine down his window so then the dad did what he said so then the crab grabbed his shirt and then took him out and put him where all the crabs were then the mum and the 2 children were screaming and then the crabs got up and then ate him up and then the kids started to laugh. THE END.

One day there was this random old rusty haunted and abandoned house in an out open space there used to be and family that lived in the old rusty haunted and abandoned house there was 2 children a daughter and a son and a mum and dad in there sleep time they always heard strange noises coming from there back yard and up in there bass meant. One day they had brought a dog. They took the dog back to their house.They started to play with their dog like how usually a family like them would do. Then it was getting dark. So then the mum and dad said okay its time for your bedtime now then the 2 children replied nicely to there mum and dad and said okay so they went to go put on their pyjamas and then go and brush their teeth then when they got into their bed they started to hear strange noises from their backyard and basement and there dog so then the 2 children got up super fast and grabbed their mum and dad and then they all went outside to go and check what was going on with the dog and were those strange noises came from? When they went around the corner of the house they saw the dog's chain filled of blood then they all followed the dogs chain and then once they came to the end. they were all shocked and screaming cause at the end of the chain the dog a just lying there with a big BITE mark on its stomach then the dad went inside and grabbed a big  plastic bag. The dad went back outside and covered the dog up. Then he called the police. In the morning when the Police arrived they had found out what had happened to the dog and what animal was it that bit the dog then the dad asked what had happened. The police said that the dog had gotten bitten by a huge crocodile. THE END.
